We offer a range of services based on our long experience in the development of solar parks in the UK and internationally.
If you want to talk about any of these services, or other support we could offer you, please just email us with your phone or contact details.
We can help from the very first assessment of a potential site all the way through to appointing and overseeing the activities of the EPC and O&M contractors.
We have an assessment tool which can analyse a potential site and estimate the capacity of solar park which could be installed, the indicative annual output, revenue potential, capital and operating costs. It can therefore also generate an initial estimate of cash flows and the financial returns of the project under different financing scenarios.
As the project develops our services inevitably become more bespoke, and we are happy to work on a part contingent basis, sharing your risk and the prospective benefits of the project.
Our associate Wiki-Solar holds the world's largest database of utility-scale solar projects and the partners involved.
It is therefore able to offer introductions to IPPs, project developers, land-owners, EPC and operation & maintenance contractors, solar module and inverter suppliers and other service providers, based on their experience either regionally or globally.
We act for plant owners and independent power producers to appoint Operations and Maintenance contractors.
We can also undertake monitoring and supervision of completed solar parks and oversee the delivery of these Operations & Maintenance services.
Benchmarking and information provision
Our associate Wiki-Solar holds the world's largest database of utility-scale solar projects and the key performance characteristics of each.
It is therefore able to analyse average and best-case performance of projects both regionally and globally. Parameters assessable include performance ratio, load factor, site area/MWp, emissions savings, capital costs and funding ratios.
The benchmarking resource described above, together with our project development expertise (see top of this page) mean that we are uniquely positioned to assist finance providers and others assess opportunities they might be considering.
Most of these services are supported by unique WolfeWare software capabilities, including an integrated technical and financial model for solar park developments, and analysis tools for the key performance criteria of global solar power plant. Some of this software is outlined here.
If you want to talk about any of these services, or other support we could offer you, please just email us with your phone or contact details, and ideally a summary of your requirements.
